Welcome to Old Soul Studios, We love vintage and aged items that portray a silent story about them. We create new items from salvaged items and create new stories, kind of like the makings of "An Old Soul". We love the art of making something out of nothing, making something old into something new!

Favors

James and I got married this past weekend on the beach in Half Moon Bay, California. It was a beautiful weekend, the weather was warm, sunny and just perfect. We had a wonderful group of friends and family, a nice little mix of people from all the different aspects of our lives. We chose March 20 2010, for it was the Spring Equinox, and symbolic of new beginnings. We both love the ocean, spend as much time there as possible and daily we work on our dream to relocate to a coastal community sometime soon. The pictures above are of the little favors I created for our guest... shells and sea glass collected from our beach combing adventures, pearls from and old vintage necklace, and little sea scrolls dating the occasion. It was a beautiful weekend and a dream come true, I married my best friend and a wonderful person to share all the joys of life with.~Jacque

  5. Well, Well, Happy New Life Beginning!! Getting married on the beach is a dream.:) 17 years ago my husband and I got married on Torrance Beach, Southern, Cal. Not much has changed...I'm still a beach bum and have brought my son up the same. It's good you have a dream to live on the coast...without a vision, the people perish. I just love visiting your site...it makes me happy and satisfied to look and read through it.
May your new life be blessed with adventure, deep understanding, compassion, joyful spirit, and lots of sea treasures.
