This "old" picture is of me (little one) and my two sisters when I was 11 months old. There are very few pictures available like this so I treasure it. My sisters have always been a very big part of my life, they sort of paved the path along the way so as not to be rocky for me. Yesterday I had the rare pleasure of talking to both of them on the same day, this doesn't happen very often and even more rare is the three of us being together at the same time! We spoke yesterday to share details about a very rare adventure... we are going to go on a trip together, back to a place we have all been when we were kids, just not all at the same time! I see both of my sisters, I talk with both of my sisters, just never at the same time! You see, my mom was taught "never put all your eggs in the same basket" and she applied that with us girls, we rarely were away from home together. As adults we live far apart so that has kept us apart, but now we are going to reenact this picture and I plan once again to be spoiled at the same time by my two adoring older sisters!
